Step-by-step, "the making of The Architect's House"

1. digital rough sketch
2. base colors, general mood established
3. bumping up highlights and adding more interesting
4. adjust the hue/sat/color balance - wanted a warmer scene!
5. detailing foreground/background while keeping original colors
6. blur distant objects to give more focus/depth
7. detail, detail, detail...
8. add light streaks/glow
9. rain overlay

Hey, can you tell me where to digital sketch and what materials I need to practice or use to practice


...I'm REALLY tired of the same old sketches, pencil and colored pencil works I've been doing. My imagination has thought of so many things I haven't been able to put down, and I think you can relate to how frustrating that is.
